Initially had some problems, but after working with the owner to resolve the issues, i am more than happy to turn this into a positive review. Owner was rather apologetic but offered generous discount as a way of amending things. highly recommend.
I have been a customer at Camera House for over 20 years. I will be looking for another store to develop my films in future after unnecessarily rude customer service from Ark today. Refused to give me my photos because I didn’t have the receipt even though I could provide the name and contact details on the order. Smug and condescending. Not impressed.
