This hotel should be better given the price and location. It is under-staffed and under construction, leading to limited on-site amenities - gym is small and sad, pool is ok and the lobby is tiny. I found cigarette butts and smoking items on my balcony chair upon check-in. I pointed this out to the front desk which fixed the issue eventually - zero apologies from management. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot in town with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Our vallet, Sam and Drake, were so kind and helpf. They were very polite, opened our doors, helped with our luggage, held doors open and much more!
The hotel is very charming with very spacious rooms. I love how much space I have in the bathroom. The city view is worthy, you can see the “Hollywood” sign from your balcony. The hotel staff were very attentive. Quintel, the valet, was very efficient and kind. This hotel is a great choice in the heart of Beverly Hills.
Nice hotel particularly due to the balconies! If your staying here and enjoy quiet I would request a room facing away from the main road as it was quite noisy during the nights. The pool area is great and gets a nice amount of sun throughout the day. A few areas to improve was housekeeping as I ended up daily without towels, bath mat, hand towel as they kept forgetting to replace them when removing used towels.
