The hotel is very nice, clean and well cared for. Staff were warm, friendly, helpful, and professional. We had a fantastic view from our rooms (see photos)! One stand out employee is Oma. We happened to stay during a particularly busy part of the hotel's renovation. Because we had my mother in law, as well as our one year old, and 4 year old, I was very concerned about them getting in and out of the entrance. Crappiest 5 star Motel in the world! Dirty and dirty! Literally a shame to LA hotel culture
If you’re staying in this area, this hotel is an absolute must! From the moment you arrive, the warmth and hospitality of the staff make you feel right at home. Rain at the front desk truly defines exceptional hospitality — always welcoming with a bright smile and genuine kindness. The valet staff was equally attentive and helpful, providing great information and service throughout our stay. Parking was a bit pricey, but the overall experience was wonderful and absolutely worth it.
