The most backwards crook you will ever rent or buy from! Allen Wolfe doesn't know what he is doing he even says that himself! Doesn't follow up with rental inspections or holds his end on anything he says he will do! I wouldn't recommend renting or buying from him!!

My sister went in and asked for a copy of a property first the realtor was asking a lot of questions about why she wanted it and if she was going to purchase it and why and through who. Then he said he couldn’t cause it was a liability then he said he would sell her a copy of it. My sister ended up just walking out. I ended up calling red bluff to find out it’s a public record. She ended up going to red bluff. Vern was such a great guy always helped how he could and the reception lady is great too.
Don't know about the realtor but I know that Vern is a great notary very cheap thank you
