RecommendedI was very happy with the inspection and would certainly recommend Camelot to friends and family for their inspection needs. I found the report to be very thorough and detailed. I am very grateful for the time Erick spent going over each aspect of the inspection and for the suggestions he offered regarding the age of materials, the HVAC system, etc.
Eric has done two inspection for me and has been extremely thorough both times going thru the house explaining possible issues and also explaining how the systems worked. Very professional and prompt. I would highly recommend him and plan on using him again in the future.

Paid a lot of money to not get full inspection as promised. Wanted inspection done mainly to check big ticket items. ( furnace/ roof) didn't happen.

They did an excellent job! Very friendly staff, they did a thorough jod with the inspection, answered any questions I had and I got the results right after they did the inspection.
They are very professional inspectors. They arrive on time, do their job and will discuss with you what they found. Camelot has done two inspections for my family and they were worth the money. I would suggest them to other people that need an inspection done.

If you are in the market for a home inspector I highly recommend ERICK MILLER at Camelot inspection. He is the WORST money can buy. If you have money that you were thinking of throwing down the toilet give him a call he will do the job for you at no extra cost. When the job is complete he will answer all your complaints with emails full of his loop holes he has found over the years to get out doing his job. Remember that is ERICK MIllER at CAMELOT INSPECTION crook extraordinar!!!!
Do not use Camelot for your house inspections. We basically took our money and threw it away. We had multiple issues from day one. None of these issues were listed on the inspection report. Every contractor we had come in for repairs asked us if we got an inspection because it should have been found. Our plumber also stated he had another client that was having issues with a poor inspection from the same guy. We used them as well and they missed thousands of dollars worth of problems. Just like you said, don't ever expect to get your money back. Our furnace passed inspection and 2 weeks later caught on fire. 5 different companies came out and had NO idea how it wasn't flagged on the inspection. The plumbing in our upstairs shower was also missed. The first time we took a shower it was Niagara falls in our basement. Not even a mention of it on the inspection. My husband wrote a review on here and they blocked him from the page.
