To be honest i have never physically been in the office but got a follow up phone call from Dr Lisa Feinstein when I couldn't make it to an appt. Her customer service, care, and concern is unbelievable. She did not have to make that phone call and ask how my cat was doing. I was not a patient of hers yet. She came highly recommended when i was looking for a vet and now I know why. No more looking for a vet. I will definitely be bringing my cats here and recommend her for anyone looking for great care for your animal's.
