Terrible communication. My insurance doesn't cover drug testing for pregnant women. We had a visit and left with a lab slip that said drug test. The nurse practitioner never explained that we would be getting a drug test or why. My husband is a nurse and ripped up the lab slip because there was no reason for it. Next time we went to the lab somehow I got the drug test. Now we have a $429 bill for a lab test that we didn't even know happened. We will be suing Camelia Women's Health and the nurse practitioner.
