Camellia Tea Room (est. July 1995) is located in a beautifully restored 1897 building in downtown Benicia. Ivory tablecloths and fresh flowers on each table, tea served in individual teapots & an ornate ceiling featuring Bradbury & Bradbury Art Wallpapers, make for an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. In addition to afternoon tea, we serve lunch and desserts, and everything is made fresh daily in our kitchen. We offer more than 40 fine loose leaf teas.

Loved our Christmas tea.. everything was fabulous and also gluten free options
Was quoted a certain price for holiday tea over the phone ($28 for tea). Was told on phone ONE set tea menu for $28 per person. When arrived prices varied according to tea options. So not one set price. Also,had one special diet which they said they could accommodate which ended up being a salad. They charged price of tea for salad. Special diet only got a pot of tea and salad and was charged price of full tea. We had this corrected, but special diet should have had items besides a salad.

Hi Laura, We're sorry you were disappointed with your recent visit. Sounds like there was some confusion about our menu. To clarify, we offer just one menu item, our Traditional Tea, on weekends between Thanksgiving and New Year's. We do offer some add-ons, like soup and champagne, and I'm sorry if that wasn't explained or if it caused some confusion for your party.
