Dr. Shoapour is amazing!!!! I highly recommend her as a doctor! She is patient and kind, she takes her time with her patients and listens to them. She will do what it takes to get to the bottom of any health issue and make her patients comfortable. Thank you for being such a great doctor and a doctor we can count on!
Dr Shoapour stepped in when Dr Jarobi left and was understanding of all the situations I was going through. I really missed her when she was out and I even told her she was not allowed to be gone. I was a patient of Dr Ricketts for over 15 years, then Dr Jarobi for a little over a year and then Dr Shoapour. All of them have been respectful, professional and never made me feel hurried during my appointments.
The worst office staff ever, I called back the number on the reply to my initial review and got no where. Stay away from these people
The WORST experience I have had in my life. The office has horrible communication and zero empathy for patients. You are taking a huge gamble with your life by going in that office.
I will not be going back to Dr.Camilla Shapour. I had been waiting over a month to see Dr. Shapour and I was never notified about a last minute cancellation. The staff was rude and disrespectful to me and my family.
