After my old primary care doctor left I didn't want to stay with Optum. I was worried that I wouldn't find someone as caring as Dr. Jahroumi. Anyway, I looked and looked for a primary that I would feel comfortable with, but to no avail. Long story short, I ended up going back to Optum and met with Dr. Camellia Shoapour. Dr Shoapoor Receives a five star review from me. She is thoughtful, on time, listens and cares. I don’t feel rushed and I think she’s an amazing doctor. I’m so happy I found her. Also, her PA and nurse are very thoughtful and they follow through, which is amazing. In honesty, it’s hard to find good doctors now and she is!!! So far so good, she’s followed through on everything and I felt seen and heard ~Which is huge.
Worst doctor. Bad bedside manner. Doesn’t care about patient symptoms. I would find another another practice because this office is not good
