I still rent from them and they the worst management companies I’ve ever rented from. They try to make the tenants pay for literally everything. Even if it’s just old and never worked in the first place. I can almost guarantee they are going to take my entire deposit when I leave. I have spend thousands of dollar making this house better. Payed my rent on time and early.
