We scheduled a 2:00 pm tour of 2 apartments and were completely stood up. Waited with my wife and daughter in the sun for 15 minutes. Tried calling to no avail. Left a voicemail so we will see what happens. We came from Sacramento. Edit: they called an hour later and apologized but we found a different apartment.

You know the scene in Willy Wonka where his dad's house was gone wehen he returned from travelling the world? Happened to me at least twice now...real shame.
Every Thursday and Friday morning 6AM garbage track collecting trash. Tanks getting rollover one-by one - to much noise. Why it's not happening on the single day? Some of Neighbors are unmanaged. They Make a party after 10 PM till 2-3 AM.... talking on balcony, smoking. Also neighbor Air Condition is right near to your 1st floor window of sleeping room..
