I am so excited to move into Vanderbilt! Stephanie Spratt has been so amazing in making my move in experience the best I have ever received. She is super responsive and one of the nicest people I have ever meet! You can tell you will be taken care of when in her hands. I'v been living in Camden Vanderbilt for almost a year, I liked it so much, the community is very nice, the units are renovated and designed in a very modern and comfortable way, the leasing office is amazing, they all are very nice, respectful, helpful, I felt home and happy. The service is perfect, it is always been done the same day, and I called couple of times out of business hours and they sent a guy to help me within 30 minutes.

It's always a pleasure to walk into the leasing office. The office staff is always so pleasant and helpful. The lake view is AMAZING, Camden is such a great place to call home.
I love this community! from the leasing staff to the maintenance team, everyone is always with a smile and are always making sure you get taken care of. My apartment was spotless when I moved in and everything is PERFECT. The location is also very convenient for work, nightlife and shopping. Shout out to Brandon Wakefield for making my move in experience easy and friendly. By far, the best community I've ever lived in.

I just moved in a few days ago and LOVE living here. It is so nice and has such a community feel. From the moment I stepped foot on the property a few months ago when I was apartment hunting, Camden Vanderbilt felt like home. My leasing coordinator, Halli, is awesome and was so helpful every step of the way. So happy this is where I get to begin my life in the real world.
I absolutely LOVE Camden Vanderbilt! The location is perfect 5 min away from the medical center and the two lakes on the property are huge and beautiful. The apartment has all upgraded appliances and since we live on the third floor we have nice tall ceilings!
