So I don't know where to begin but this has been one of my great experiences with apartment complexes. The management here won't even give you a chance to complain. We love our team at Camden Vanderbilt! Seth and Jessie (and Molly and Georgina!!) are always super responsive and I really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile to put our (my) mind at ease. The office staff has come up with some really great ideas for keeping us residents occupied during the stay at home (COVID) time; from patio contests to bingo they do what they can to keep us engaged. If you’re thinking of moving here you need to work with Georgina. We’ve been living at Camden for several years and we always work with her. She’s been incredibly helpful, easy to work with and super sweet. It’s a really a nice place to live. Especially with people like her in the community.

Living here has been awesome! The lake is beautiful, the grounds are always kept up nicely. The space is amazing! Love my apartment! Newcomers, you can’t go wrong with Alex as your leasing agent! He was sooooo helpful in making sure my partner and I got exactly the apartment we wanted!

I have lived at Camden Vanderbilt since 2018. Overall, I am very pleased with the management here. The housekeeping and maintenance crew here is really the best I have experienced. They come on weekends and sometimes within minutes of me placing a request such as clogged or leaking fixtures. The landscapers are constantly maintaining the grounds. I’ve lived here one year and have been very happy. Vanderbilt is my first apartment experience in my over 70 years of life. My agent, Molly McIntosh, is an excellent representative of the complex and is responsive quickly to any requests. The maintenance staff is very knowledgeable and completes requests in a timely manner. As with anywhere in Houston, crime happens but Vanderbilt has answered the call to do what they can to prevent issues. I fully intend to renew my lease with Molly when the time comes.
