I have only lived here for a couple of months but so far it is absolutely amazing! The people who work here truly care and strive to get to know you as well as help you out however they can. My fiance and I see our leasing agent quite often and every time we see him he goes out of his way to ask us how we are doing and if there is anything that he can do for us. Management should make it a priority to fix their tenants leaking roofs in a timely manner. Ive seen what they let go for over a month with no remediation amidst heavy rains. and they raised the rent in that same time...
We’ve been here for three years going on four and for the first 3 years things were awesome, but recently we have been experiencing leaking water in my son’s room and hallway coming out of his fan, light fixtures, and smoke detectors. We had to disable the smoke detectors as they would go off around 3AM each night due to water damage. My son’s bed and computer table are ruined because of all the water. Camden Stoneleigh is one of the best properties here in Austin. the leasing staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the area including what do close to home. Kalea was a great help with this especially.
I have been at Camden Stoneleigh for two months and have been more than thrilled with my experience. Rick Dixon in leasing is great - he did my tour while I was visiting Austin, was quick in answering my questions during my decision making process, and has remained a great resource since my move. I've needed to make a few maintenance requests for little things and have been more than happy with that experience as well - maintenance even helped me with changing my shower head. I definitely recommend Camden Stoneleigh! Rick in leasing was great and showed us around the first time we visited the complex. He was very personable and ready to answer any questions we had. It is a safe and clean apartment complex. Maintenance is always quick to help and respond to maintenance requests. Really enjoy living here!
I have really enjoyed living here! It’s quiet, it’s safe, the pool is gorgeous, the grounds are always clean and well kept. Not a lot of turnover for office staff or maintenance, which is a positive aspect for sure. Maintenance is always prompt as well as professional and very friendly. Office staff and/or the on call is always available and friendly. My lease will be up for renewal this summer and I definitely plan to sign for another year! So thankful I found Camden Stoneleigh - I wish I had found this community sooner!
