This review is based solely on the move in experience we have had at this place. Our leasing officer was Cynthia Martinez and I've never met someone who wanted to help through the moving process like this wonderful little lady! I moved from Europe and she made sure I got everything done from overseas, constantly kept in contact and came to our door with a gift on move in day! Can't wait to continue living here!
I just moved in two months ago and so far everything has been great. I had an AC issue three weeks ago and I sent a email to Cassie Fly (Camden Staff) and the repair guys replaced/fixed it within two hours! They were on top of it. I also like that they keep me informed of any suspicious activity and also send out emails for social events they hold to try and keep the apartments a tight and safe community. I moved into Camden Stonebridge in December 2016 and I must say it has been the best apartment i have lived in so far. The front staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The apartment units are clean, upscale and beautifully made. The community is quiet and safe.
This is not a place I could ever recommend. All apartments have issues - really no apartment complex will ever be perfect. But, I've truly had a less than great time staying here due to problem after problem. I could go on and on. Bottom line, if you're choosing Camden because of proximity to work, consider other options. Oh, also, they have serious water issues here. The city constantly shuts off water to the entire complex to repair leaks. Super annoying.
Moved here in March and enjoying every moment,don't plan on moving anytime soon. 😊😊 Awesome Christmas party as well I won the prize!Super great staff! If you're not in Camden then you're not living!
I have been living at Camden Stonebridge for two months now and have truly enjoyed the environment. The office staff is amazing (Hey Janaye) and truly go out of their way to make residents happy ! Camden Stonebridge is a wonderful small gated community that is now the place I call home. Cassie & Tiffany helped me with all of my questions. They are both wonderful and knowledgeable ladies! I highly recommend this community!
