RecommendedCamden Stonebridge is a beautiful community with well-maintained units, inviting amenities and beautiful landscaping and maintenance. The office staff is helpful and always makes me feel that I'm welcome. The maintenance staff handles issues quickly and efficiently. I'm proud to be a resident at Camden Stonebridge and plan to remain here for a long time.
I lived at Camden Stonebridge for 16 years. It has some of the most beautiful and best maintained grounds in Westchase, and the apartments are gorgeous and thoughtfully laid out. Maintenance is always quick and thorough, solving every issue I reported within a day. The pool is very nice, and the gym is clean and well-equipped. After I became disabled, the community and management were supportive of me, and the manager worked with me to make sure I had what I needed when keeping the apartment was no longer an option. We moved here a few months ago after living in big houses for the last 30 years. I didn't think I could get used to living in an apartment but it is as quiet as my old neighborhood. The staff is friendly, service requests are done the day I request and the apartments are updated so often they look like a new facility. We were just going to stay here for a few months but we just may stay longer. It is definitely one of the nicest places around unless you like to party loud.
Ramon is the coolest lease manager I’ve ever worked with man when I tell you this guy is the best at working with clients on getting the lease and move-ins done. He is the best bar none. He will work with low credit and no credit, small lease history or no lease history. I’m glad he was able to help my friend move in. Thank you Ramon!!
Camden Stonebridge has been my home for several years. The reasons are: the staff is always so professional and courteous; the property is clean and well maintained; service requests are answered in a timely manner; and, the staff knows residents by name. I am truly Living in Excellence!
I stopped in to view an apartment a few days ago and found the property the absolute best the area has to offer! The grounds were nice and clean as well as the upkeep of the buildings.The staff was very welcoming,I got to talk with Wakita, who was just super friendly and exceptionally helpful.Thanks Camden!
