From the minute we viewed Camden South End on their web site we knew this was the place for my daughter. Being a new resident in Charlotte we wanted to be sure she was in a safe and vibrant community. Camden South End checked off all the boxes and she couldn't be more pleased with her new home. The staff and amenities are awesome. The staff is always quick to respond to any issue. The location is fantastic. Thanks Camden South End for being the BEST !!!!
As an 3-year rentor at Camden Southend, It is my distinct pleasure to recommend it to anyone wanting a well-maintained home, within minutes of all, or most, of Charlotte's commercial & cultural centers. The grounds are beautifully maintained, as is the pool & exercise facility. There has NEVER been a time when any request of mine has gone unanswered. The staff is considerate & professional, especially Russ & Rebecca. The above doesn't just sound too-good-to-be-true... It simply IS TRUE, See for yourself!
