NOT SAFE. A month ago there was an attempted break in to my apartment while I was home at 1:30 am and they sent the security guard (who never came) and the police could not even get into the complex. They said they were not responsible for my safety, not even accessibility to law enforcement. The staff was completely unsympathetic and there was no follow up. Do not stay here.
Just moved in, and the apartment was very clean upon moving in. Had 1-2 maintenance requests which got answered after I asked a second time, but they were very quick and nice that time. I have had a package said it was delivered but nothing was at my door - not sure if it got stolen or what happened to it. Tori Brown gave me my tour and helped move me in. She was extremely helpful and polite, which made moving in much easier and more enjoyable.
Everything is modern and clean! Even before I moved in they added an extra bar in my closet and brought in my mailed large package!!! They are so friendly and nice!!! Thank you Russ for taking great care of me!!!
Stopped by last week to check it out and was impressed by how clean everything was. I live in another complex and am looking at moving when my lease is up and Camden is a great place to look. The apartments are big, modern, and clean. The gym is one of the best in SouthEnd (cycle studio looks great) and the pool area was great, as well.
Love living in Camden SouthEnd. The staff are beyond friendly and are absolutely great at keeping the place clean, updated and a great place to live.
I love it here. Location is great, leasing staff and maintenance are all very helpful, and plenty of parking for residents and guests. New updates going on inside and outside of the buildings with fresh paint, etc. great place to live
This place is utterly disgusting. I moved in on July 1, 2016 and gave notice July 3, 2016. When you tour this place, the rental office is in building one in the front. Things are well kept near the front office. I rented an apartment in building two rear. Because the apt. was still occupied, I could not see the terrible condition that part of the building was in. I'm a three year resident at Camden Southend. This place is "top notch"! The hard working maintenance, office and other staff are ALWAYS available. Any negative reviews are surly from those who simply could not appreciate what this property has to offer. The best thing that happened for me when moving to Charlotte was signing my lease at Camden Southend.
