RecommendedHave very much enjoyed living at Camden South End for about the last six months. Great location, appropriate rent prices, friendly and helpful office staff. The maintenance crew is also among the best I have encountered at any residence -- every time I have had to submit a request, they have responded quickly to effectively address and solve the issue. Would absolutely recommend CSE to anyone who may be hunting for apartments in South End.

Lets be honest, apartment living is always hit or miss. There are so many things that can go wrong with living in apartments, noisy neighbors, location of your street your on, or constant fire alarms. Very beautiful community!
Best place to live! The staff is incredible here, they always make sure I feel safe in my apartment, and that I’m happy as a resident. The maintenance staff is also, by far, the best I’ve ever encountered. Unbeatable location (the heart of South End and a 5 min walk to Uptown) and awesome, clean amenities. Can’t say enough great things about this complex and especially the employees! If you’re thinking about signing here, I highly recommend it!
Camden does not value residents safety. The leasing office allowed the parking garage gate to remain unsecured for over six weeks. My truck has been broken into on more than one occasion in the Camden South end parking garage. I consistently have disputes with the leasing office over petty issues. I've lived at Camden South End for 2 months now! With being first time apartment living I was nervous about the safety and was impressed with their system. The staff are great and the only time I needed maintenance they were there quickly and were very professional. When the cable guy came he told me it was at the top of the list when it came to cleanest and safest apartment complex he had been in and he works a lot of the ones in and around Uptown. I'm enjoying apartment living at The Camden South End!
