RecommendedI have been living in this building for the past 2 1/2 years and would highly recommend living here. The Camden staff has made tremendous improvements since they purchased this property and are attentive and helpful. There is no other property in the area with our fantastic amenities such as a beautiful lobby and rooftop with a panoramic view of the city!

My husband and I loved everything about this building. Wonderful and friendly staff, good sized apartments, AMAZING amenities that can’t be beat & its prime location in downtown made it the perfect first home for us in St. Petersburg.
Beautiful Building, great location. I'd give it 5 stars, but there is almost no security, especially on weekends and holidays. You need a fab to enter the building, but people prop open the doors or wait for somebody to trail behind. Unless this changes, I won't renew. You have to pass a background check to live at the Camden, which is a major reason I chose this building, but the reality is that anyone can follow you in no questions asked.
Everyone that works here and lives here are so friendly. Very clean & great amenities! Every service request is handled promptly and even encouraged to call after hours for some items. The surrounding areas are filled with awesome restaurants, shops and amenities.
