Since initially doing my tour with Callie, I fell in love with the property and I’ve since moved in. Since that time, Callie has provided Amazing customer service and checks in with me to see if there’s anything I need to improve my stay here. She should be an example of what a top Leasing agent should be when it comes to customer service. On a five star review, she gets a perfect 10 lol
My girlfriend and I have lived at Camden the last 2.5 years and it has been awesome. The amenities and staff have been terrific especially our manager Amy Wadstrom. She has been very responsive and has provided lots of fun events.Looking forward to more good times!
My husband and I lived here for 4 years. It was so hard to leave, it is the best place we have lived at. Everyone is friendly, the staff helpful and proactive, the amenities unbeatable and the atmosphere lively and comforting. Highly recommend!

Scamden Property Trust We leased at Camden Glendale from August 31, 2015 - November 27, 2016 for a total of 15 months. Part of our lease required a non-negotiable $25 valet waste fee for waste removal (in addition to city of Glendale trash fee totaling $50-100 monthly) and non-nogtiable $89 monthly for AT&T Uverse (pre-wired) with 18mbps of internet. We have nothing but the absolute best things to say about Camden Pier District. We have lived in a lot of apartments, but this was by far the best place we have ever lived. The place itself is beautiful, with unbelievable amenities, but what really makes it special is the management team. You really feel like they know you personally, care about your experience, respond right away to any requests, and constantly work to make sure everyone has a great experience. We would recommend this place to anyone!
From my move in process to my move out process, Drew and the rest of the Camden Pier staff have been friendly, professional, and nothing short of amazing. While my apartment and the building are beautiful and well maintained, the staff at Camden is the real hidden treasure. As cliche as it sounds, having the front desk wave hello or having Drew say hi as I walk in the front door is a reminder that I'm actually "home". I highly recommend this building and location.
Just moved in and love it! Amenities are amazing! Roof Deck is gorgeous! Views from both my apartment and the skylounge are just beautiful. Staff are super sweet and VERY helpful!
