RecommendedMy wife and I moved in in March and couldn't be happier. Yes, the rent is higher than other places but it is worth the difference. The amenities are very nice and well maintained and most of the residents are engaging and pleasant to be around. The staff is professional and responds to questions or issues promptly.

RecommendedThe rents are by no means "cheap", but in this case, you get even more than you pay for! We love living here and not just because the units are beautiful and the amenities are the best in all of downtown. We recently had an internal ethernet wiring issue that prevented us from having internet in our 3rd bedroom--farthest from the router. Most apartments would have obfuscated responsibility or pointed blame at another party, but not Camden. They contracted an outside firm immediately and resolved this issue within a day.
