Lorenzo Rodriguez, the maintenance tech, is AMAZING. We have been residents for over a year and when we have a service request he is always here quick and does the job at hand quickly and correct. He is very friendly and a nice guy. Even when we just see him walking around the complex and we have an issue we can approach him and let him know what is going on and he will get on it or have someone do it. You know when I first came to Camden's I was aware that many of the residents were students because of the location so near to OCC campus and there have been certain adjustments to make, however; the location is great, the staff has been extremely helpful to me, in fact, especially Scott Brown who has really been overly accommodating to me in several ways to make life a little easier.
