dead bird smell in our laundry room for almost 2 weeks. they tried but the smell is still there. problem not solved yet.
Worst experience of several apartments I've lived in across several states. Paper thin walls, no parking. And got slapped with an $800 bill after move out. Forced cleaning services were pre paid. We moved from one unit to the other and incurred no additional expenses for similar condition of vacated apt. Ridiculous. After 3+ years of timely payments despite $100 increase in monthly rent each renewal!
