Took a tour. Staff was friendly, location is super convenient. Apartment was nice for the price. Still trying to decide which part of Austin I want to be in, but really liked this property.
I am currently in the market for a new apartment and this was one of my stops. The apartment I saw was clean and upgraded. They include cable, Internet and washer and dryer in their rent which I thought was cool. Office staff was welcoming and had a lot of information about the area. Good vibes all around; a top contender in my search.
The pool is beautiful! The office and maintenance are the best! Always quick to respond and very friendly!
The maintence staff is great over here. They usually respond within couple of hours, and fix it right over there. Bryan, a maintenance staff over here responds very quick, and would resolve any issues. Apartment is usually clean, and well maintained. Its very close to domain, and other shopping areas, and has a bus stop right opposite the leasing office. The things i wish they had was a small play area to hang out. Another reason to love living here! Breakfast handed to you as you drive out of the gate on your way to work for resident appreciation. And they were standing in the rain!
