My husband and I just moved in and we can tell you that we will love this place and in 5 months we will bring our first child here. Nancy is just amazing and the sweetest, kind hearted, caring and most helpful person I know. The maintenance crew respond is so quick. My family has lived here since 2009. We love living here. Everyone is so very nice. The apartment size is great. The office staff is great. They "always" willing to help you in anyway they can. Naomi, Jennifer, Nancy and Cheryl are wonderful. These are the ladies in the leasing office. They are so friendly and they always have time for their residents!!! The maintenance team is great!!! My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year and a half now. We love our apartment, it is the perfect size for us. Also the maintenance team fixes problems quickly, the landscaping team keeps the outside looking great, and the front office staff is always friendly and helpful. One more bonus - it is within walking distance of many stores and restaurants and pretty much in the middle of everything Central Florida has to offer. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.
