Here used to be good, now is dangerous, a lot a people walking night inside and don’t live here, stolen bikes, things inside cars and others problemas. I hope become better but now is difficult to live here...
We have become increasingly concerned over the last few months with the rise of security breaches at Camden Hunter’s Creek. Not only our constant requests to the Camden office managerial team for more patrolling and monitoring of the condominium grounds have not had any effective results yet but also the number of incidents has increased significantly (strangers gaining access and roaming around at night, cars being broken into, bikes being stolen etc). The staff is extraordinary. We had a plumbing issue (as all places eventually do), and the staff was just amazing. I was informed there was an issue before I even noticed the issue! Erika and Leonidas were constantly checking in, and updating me and my roommate on what was going on. They were extremely apologetic (even though they were the ones running around dealing with everything, and had to have been exhausted). They even replaced my door mat in a matter of hours.
