This review is directed to eddy in maintenance! He is honest and knowledgeable in his position! He has helped us a few times since we moved in and each time has been a pleasure to welcome him into our home. Great small talk and will inform or show you why or where the problem is (which I like to know). We just had the pull cords on our fans break in both the living room and bedroom and he only had one switch to replace, but took his time to adjust the second(broken) pull cord switch so that it would work until they could ord... read more
I almost never write reviews or take surveys, unless I have a complaint. I believe that people should be expected to do their jobs. My experience with the staff at Camden Hunters Creek causes me to make an exception. The entire staff, Naomi, Gloria, Ron, Eddie and the others have been more helpful than I can express. Thumbs up for Maintenance Technician Eddie Irizarry! Always so kind, friendly and most importantly doing a good job when offering assistance in any problems we had in our apartment at Camden.
In October is when I first inquired about the homes. There were two ladies on that day that was very helpful. Gloria in particular, I must say is remarkable. She is friendly,respectful, accommodating and always ready to greet you with a smile. I would recommend this place anytime.
I can't say enough about this place. Naomi made our relocation from NYC so smooth and seamless. From Nancy, Jennifer, Cheryl to the amazing grounds keepers, handymen and maintenance team. We could not be happier here. Thank you.
