RecommendedI've been here for a couple of weeks and I have had nothing but good experiences. We were having some issues with our hot water and assumed it was our hot water heater. I put in a maintenance request and that same day and maintenance guy came to fix our heater (granted we need a new one so it took a day, but still). We moved to Camden in January and have loved living here! The location is great, right in the middle of everything you need. The staff is really helpful and the maintenance team is great! We have small children too and they are loving the playground, craft room, and other amenities. Can't wait for the summer when we can use the pool too!
I just had yet another fantastic experience with the maintenance staff - specifically Danny Wyman. I submitted a service request, and in less than an hour my issue was fixed.... and he went above and beyond and did a couple of small tasks that I just haven't taken the time to do myself. Kudos to Danny!!! Thank you, thank you!!
Just moved in about two weeks ago, and the process was smooth and easy! The entire staff has been tremendous - attentive to needs and requests, informative and knowledgeable about questions, and very quick to respond! Love the area and community - quiet and peaceful, with easy access to lots of restaurants, activities, and parks. If you are looking to join a community and not just another apartment complex, this is definitely the place to be!
We moved here in 2012 and love the 3 bdrm, 2 bth and quiet area we live in. The staff are sooo great too! The Camden Highlands Ridge Office & Maintenance staff are the greatest!! They never cease to amaze me. I must say we do miss Mick, but we know people do need to retire sometime. Rob and the crew are great and take care of everything well, and very fast. So thanks to all of you for doing a great job.
Everything works fine when you live there, but good luck getting anybody to correct errors after you move out. I am still on the hook for gas and electric consumption after I moved out. All they do now is wave small print in your face saying it's all my problem.
I have an issue with the company policy. We have been outstanding tenants here for 5.5 years. When asked about being let out a month early of our lease to buy a home we were told ... cant be done!!... I am very unhappy about that. It makes what was a very good experience at Camden, one with a now bitter taste. I would think that something could be done for someone with our longevity and great history. Just my humble opinion.
We loved the ease of leasing online with Tiffany at Camden Ridge, but were even more impressed when we arrived in town and saw the community with Danielle, who could not have been more helpful. When we actually saw the perfect condition of our apartment on move-in day, we were blown away: never saw such a clean, tidy apartment. We love living here!
