RecommendedI had a great experience with the leasing team and tour of the property. The units are decent and if my needs had not changed at the last moment, this would be one of my top three picks for consideration in moving into.
Trevor alone makes living here worth it. Apartment complexes inevitably have their issues, what’s always stood out to me about living here is Trevor makes sure your concerns are heard and addressed. By far the best leasing manager I’ve interacted with in my years of renting. Also the maintenance crew is 10/10 and get service requests taken care of faster than anywhere I’ve lived- Danny and his team are outstanding.
5 STAR REVIEW - I just wanted to give the highest praise to Camden Highlands Ridge. We absolutely love this complex. We just moved here from FL, while shopping around for an apartment, 15 tours to be exact, we kept coming back to Camden. The property is so well kept. Dog friendly and kid oriented. I have never met a finer group of people here. it is a complete joy living here. from Theresa in the office , to Jesse in maintenance. They are always here to assist , whatever we..the tennant's need.. something fixed in our homes, snow shoveled off our stairs and sidewalks , et c. ..not too mention the "family " feeling they they provide to each and every one of us...my children also LOVE living here. Make promises of compensation they do not keep. So called renovations with contractors that half assed the jobs and left a lot incomplete. Rob you blind with questionable fees. They are really good scam artists. Renters beware. You are not getting what they are showing you and you will not get your deposit back no matter what they say. 👎👎👎
