By far one of the best places to live. The office staff is always so courtesy and helpful. Trevor is an amazing employee who has helped to answer any and all questions I have had since moving in.
it is my 4th month, but I am bored with their hidden charges. Nobody explained me why I have to pay same amount of money for water every month, why I have to pay for storm water, why I have to pay for trash twice (30$ + 11$)? Staff is unprofessional.
I have been living in Camden for the last 6 years. Their friendly service, great communication, and professional friendship has always been outstanding.
Every Service call has been addressed. I have no parking issues based on my work schedule and they make it easy to issue a parking pass online for a guest whom might stay a little past 10pm. Haven't used the amenities yet but plan to take full advantage after all is calmed down moving in and organizing. Close to EVERYTHING!!!!! Love Fair Oaks mall as well as shopping just 5 min away and good Lord the food options are amazing. Everything you can think of is within a 5-10 min drive. So far love this community!
My family has lived at Camden Fair Lakes for 4 years now and we love it! We rent their spacious 3 bedroom unit and a separate garage. We recently were upgraded and our place looks great. The best part is the staff is awesome!! Marcus Mason and the rest of the team do a great job responding to residents and ensuring the amenities stay great. We keep renewing. The location, apartment and staff are the best!
