This community has honestly been the best place I’ve lived since I moved to Virginia 5 years ago. I have amazing neighbors, the office team always goes above and beyond, and the community is well kept and maintained. I've only had one maintenance issue and they came and took care of it immediately. The communication is great regarding preventative maintenance checks or things being done on the property. It's really important to enjoy coming home after a long day of work, and I can do that here.
Have absolutely loved my experience I've had so far with Camden Fair Lakes. Uju has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. From setting up appointments to view, filing initial paperwork, to getting us acquainted with amenities like the 24 hour gym and clubhouse, all the way to getting me my own reserve parking spot. Camden at Fair Lakes is a pretty good community, accessible through many highways and yet sits in a quaint corner. The property is <10 minutes of driving distance from many restaurants, theatres, and stores for most regular needs. A professional size gym in the community is equipped to fulfill most workout routine needs. Having said all that, the staff at Camden Fair Lakes is what sets this property apart. I recently looked into Camden Fair Lakes for my new apartment. I met with Carlos Cruz. He was very friendly, gave a great tour and was knowledgeable about the apartment/amenities. He saved the gym area as the last stop on the tour. I see why! The gym is amazing. Icing on the cake. Thank you Carlos. I am working on my application now!
My family and I have lived at Camden FairLakes for two years. It has been more than great. From the friendly leasing staff and maintenance team we are always greeted with a smile. The community is well kept and location is great. There is a beautiful pond with a path to walk / jog located behind property which my daughter loves. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this community and staff.

We lived at Camden Fair Lakes for nearly 5 years and we loved just about everything about our time there. By far the best apartment complex I've lived in. Most importantly, the staff at the front office were excellent throughout the entirety of the time we lived there - in particular Josh Cordle (who helped us when we first moved in) and more recently Courtney and Uju, who were especially responsive and helpful to us and always greeted you with a smile when you walked in.
