Camden was officially my first apartment after leaving the nest. Despite having many questions about the process and daily living, the Camden staff were VERY patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. When it comes to standards of living, I'm admittedly very high maintenance. Luckily, I rarely had any issues with the apartment itself, but the one time I did, the maintenance team was at my door less than a hour after I submitted the request. I just moved in, our apartment was in great and clean condition upon arrival. Uju was super helpful throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to answer questions and provide us the information that we were seeking.Marcus, the manager was kind and helpful too. So far, our experience has been positive.

I lived at Camden Fair Lakes for 3 consecutive years, and only moved out when I bought a home. The leasing agents are incredibly efficient and great communicators. The maintenance team is always quick to respond, friendly, and caring. Anytime we had a request or concern, it was addressed immediately. The office is easy to contact via phone or email and make an effort to make sure their residents are happy. The staff at Camden Fair Lakes closed down amenities to ensure staff and residents were safe during the pandemic. Then the staff offered online fitness classes in place of the gym and worked with Cox communications to enhance our service during this time. The staff work really hard everyday to take care of the property and the residents needs, and have really stepped it up during this time. Thank you for all you do everyday!
Camden Fair Lakes has the best customer service. It is great place to live. They have 24-hour maintenance. They will always address every issue that you have and give detailed explanation on what is going on. The community manager Marcus Mason is the best ever, he will always communicate with you and always acknowledges you when he see's you around the community. I absolutely love love my apartment community. The leasing office staff and the maintenance team are superb. Uju, Torice, Marcus and the others are receptive, professional, kind and responsive. 10 stars if that was a rating scale. 💙
I've enjoyed living in this area, the apt is so clean, and the gym is a life send, I love it all. Also, the staff has really worked with me, they really wanted to make sure I'm happy with my home, and I am, and I'm very difficult to please.
