The most money-gouging place you'll ever find. The staff is always rude. There is always some extra fee to pay. Left the place in perfect condition, even cleaned the carpets myself, and now I get a bill from them saying I won't be getting my deposit back, I'll be charged another $175 for a "Carpet Cleaning Program" and a "Base Move Out Fee". I wouldn't live in another Camden-owned place if someone paid me to.
Louise Crawford is the BEST! She and her staff was always friendly and professional with a smile whenever I needed help and or answered questions. The maintenance staff keeps the complex clean and looking good and within 24hr fix any problems I had in my apt. My apt is large and updated. My neighbors are quiet. I lived here for about year before being transferred by my job but if I have to move back this will be the place for me. No doubt.
Nice and quiet gated community. The management staff is wonderful and always very helpful. The maintenance staff always takes care of whatever maintenance issues you have right away. I love it here and would definitely recommend them to all friends and family.
My name is Charles Cook and the Camden Cypress Creek is the best place i have EVER lived at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Highly recommend it to anyone, especial for families with children. Quiet, safe, nice, cheap.
