Too much car break-ins happening during our stay there, bugs problem in 2nd floor unit we stayed in and the air condition constantly fails specially during the summer. Water seeping in when raining drenching the carpet area closer to it. Very loud upstairs neighbors you can hear them flushing their toilet and stomping feet day and night! Camden Cypress Creek is an older apartment community, so its not the new modern apartments at all. However the apartment grounds are well maintained and the amount of space you get for the rental rates are good compared to similar sized apartments. Also the leasing office staff is very nice, really responsive and willing to help. Those are the reasons I renewed my lease. I am moving from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom, I could have moved to a different complex but I really love it here. Problems are taken care of very quickly and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. It’s a great place to live.
I love this apartment so much, the workers are very hard working and friendly. Ms Farides is very good and friendly she handles my issues diligently. kudos to you . I will rate this location 5 stars.
