This is home. I've been living here in Camden for 2 years, it is very convenient for me getting to work and i love the pool courtyard. It has the best sunsets. Customer service is excellent here. The manager Jessica assists the best way she can, also working with ideas and recommendations from the community. The grounds are well kept. Also Courtney has great customer service in assisting with any issues. Also just a friendly and welcoming demeanor. :)
This is a great place to live! I love that I have a garage to park in that requires a key fob to enter. I also like that all hallways require a key fob to access - this adds an extra layer of security. The maintenance team is great! I simply submit a request, and they are there the same day for even simple things like changing the light bulbs. Management is also very helpful and responsive. Thankfully I'll be out of here at the beginning of next year. Over the six years , I have watched the quality of attention to detail diminished not to mention we are now having to live with the after-effects of shotty balcony construction. We are told that a storm, which occurred over a month ago, is the cause of three of the four elevators being out. I'm only two weeks in and loving it! The leasing office team is amazing and full of fun, the property grounds are well kept and oh did I mention the amazing events we've had thus far?! Keep up the great work Camden of College Park!
