RecommendedI love living here. The staff in the office is incredible and very responsive. Maintenance is quick and they always follow up to see how their repairs are holding up. It's a great neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with Camden Old Creek, especially regarding to the Leasing Consultant Jorge. I originally was interested in Camden because they have many locations where I am from in Texas, but that is not why I ultimately chose to live here. The staff made me feel at home, even though I am on the other side of the country! Stop raising rent faster than inflation and wages. Stop forcing residents to pay for cable TV, and not letting us cut the chord. CPT stock is up for $40 over the last several years - but they still refuse to pay for any on site security - you're on your own.
It’s amazing and Syrena and Jazmine are the best. They are both super efficient and organized! Please check this place out!
I moved into Camden College Park a few months ago with the help of Syreena, who made the entire process smooth and without confusion. The rest of the staff here are all very responsive, and exhibit a welcoming and attentive character whenever I interact with them. We have a decent share of amenities: 24/7 gym, swimming pool, pool table, mini-golf area and the like. If access to the pool table could be made 24/7, that would be great! If you know anyone who is looking for a place to live in College Park, DO NOT send them here. We can’t wait for our lease to end so we can get the heck out of this place. Fellow residents are aggressive, rude, and have no consideration for others. If you LIKE having paint knocked off of your vehicle, being aggressively tailgated into a secure parking garage, being verbally attacked by strangers, and being “helped” by complacent staff members, this is your place.
