We visited one apartment with Syrena, she is so friendly and competent! She showed us the place with all the amenities and explained us everything plus she answered all our questions!! We really had a good time visiting this beautiful place.
So many issues when we first moved in on 12/16/2017 the ice machines was not working, heating was not working during the coldest days we had in the area, bathroom fan was not working, hot water was turned off for two days again during the coldest days that we had in the area when temps were around 5 and 15 degrees. The Trash pickup just does not happen when it’s supposed to and lastly the sink had a huge leak. But through all of this the leasing office has stuck with getting the repairs done and has always been professional ... read more
So far my experience has been good here, Kiana has been a huge help with any questions I may have, the issues that have come up here they have been addressed, the pool and grill area are also very convenient and looking forward to community events.
