I moved here 4 months ago from another Camden, I had lot of problem connecting my devices to the internet for almost a month. They use "Spectrum Community WiFi", where you cannot manage your devices by your own, you cannot get a wired connection, you have to add every device in their portal to get access to your devices. Love this place. Management is so great pick anyone in the front office and they are amazing. Maint crew is above and beyond. The only thing I dont like is some residents always find something to complain about.
They're only worried about their bottom line and not their tenants.
Management has no clue what is going on around the property because they don't ever leave the office. They rely on complaints from residents and then issue passive aggressive warnings. Maintenance does their best to keep up with the work load, but it would be nice if the management bothered to get involved. Dog poop everywhere, cars parked for days on end in one spot, cars with months' expired registration, feral cats everywhere, at least one raccoon digging in the trash, fir… See more

I have lived at Camden Centreport in 4 different apartments over the years. I always come back because it always feels like home. I work at a different Camden community but Centreport has always been my favorite. My dog Patches loves it too and loves to go for walks in the neighborhood. Rosemary is always quick to help me with any issues I might have and I have made live long friendships with my neighbors at the pool. The maintenance guys are friendly, fast and knowledgeable.
