I had a very bad experience with the management. For instance this month, The monthly auto payment went through and inspite of that they charged me a late fees. I emailed to inform them that i did have my bank account charged. and I requested the the late fees to be waived.Their response was the autopayment i have made was not enough as there is additional fees for water bill and hence they had to charge late fees too instead of asking me to pay the additional water bill fees. We have lived here since June 2016. We are glad we choose Camden because of the great staff who take care of everything promptly. Pool, gym and grounds are kept up nicely. Perhaps the best part of Camden Amber Oaks, is the friendliness of everyone who works here. From time to time there are social gatherings which are great ways to meet neighbors building a greater sense of community. More such social gatherings would be great!
Top notch staff & property. 7 months in, loving it
The folks here at camden have been especially kind to me. There were very little issues and the issues I did have were solved promptly. I love the accessibility of the staff and the 24 hour accessibility of their gym. This is my first apartment and I have just signed a new lease with them. It feels like home. Thank you. (P.S. I also love that they host gatherings every once in a while. This past sunday, they invited the residents to join them for sweets in the club house! That was awesome!!!)
