Took my very sick dog there. The Vet gave her meds and took Xrays. costs us over $700. The vet sent her home with us and said she was pretty sure she would pull through. My Kai was hardly breathing and in pain all night. My Children and me found her lifeless body the next morning. I will NEVER take my animals here again. To hell with this business. We’ve been bringing all of our pets here since they were little! 3 dogs (Chloe, Belle and Scooter) 2 cats (Pickles and Coco). The staff are amazing and so attentive, even with pickles (he’s a jerk 🤣). Absolutely recommend this place!
Dr Heaton and all the staff are amazing! My 11 1/2 year old lab had tumors removed, and they gave her such great care. It cost less than the low end of my estimate! Highly recommend!
Amazing vet care! The staff truly care about your pets. They always make room for emergencies and not only treat your pet but treat you with genuine care and concern as well.
They don’t take the time to listen to your concerns. The vet techs lecture you for solutions instead of trying to discuss possible solutions to your issue. Every situation is unique. Take the time to know what and why this is going on with the dog and the family. I know other vet clinics look at the whole picture and NOT just the breed of the dog for solutions. Get your head out of the book and actually listen to your clients situations.
