I am currently living here and have been here since September. So far, it's been good! Maintenance takes care of things well and at a reasonable time, and checks up on you often to double check if everything is to your satisfaction. People have rated maint low here, which surprises me. I have seen comments about rats, I have not had those issues at all, and there has been no mold issues. There is enough parking--- we've never had an issue with the parking lot being completely full which is great. The place is old and a bit d... read more

Monterra apartments is in a fantastic location, near to just about anything you’d need including groceries, schools, entertainment, and more. Any maintenance requests we’ve had are quickly answered and fixed. Parking is limited and other tenants and their guests don’t necessarily follow the rule of needing a pass in order to park in the lot, but that’s not a knock on the property itself. Looks RAT INFESTED - I drove by and could see them running along the walls of the patios. They’re hard to get rid of. Yuk!
Horrible property management. I was without a functional oven for more than a month and they dragged their feet the ENTIRE time. They have also been stealing money for a “damage waiver fee” while i have an active renters insurance policy. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT RENT HERE
