The building team continues to provide great service. Always easy to reach, even on weekends. Marlon was especially helpful and quick to assist when I had an issue with power. Really grateful for the support!

excellent customer service , great team(Joedica , Jasmine, ) These ladies make you feel welcome. The building is exceptionally clean. the landscape around the building is absolutely beautiful. very quiet place with a gym, swimming pool, Big laundry mat and a variety store located on the service floor. Two minutes walk to the subway. All amenities near by( super market, nail salon, liquor store, gas station, etc) Also the ravine, walking trail is five minutes away.

We've been living here since 2022 and have had a fantastic experience. From the building management to the building maintenance everything has been efficient and hassle free. Keeping the building clean and welcoming for the residents and guests alike has been a priority for the management team.
