Worst emergency department i have ever visited. I have worst experience of my Life. Check in staff member named "LEILA" shows extreme rude and racist behaviour. She has no manners how to talk and how to serve patients. Pathetic women i have ever met. I don't know how she gets hired. Will reach out higher management about this too.
i had my son at this hospital in July and had a positive experience from start to finish. The L&D nurses and doctors were efficient and extremely caring, and the postpartum nurses were nothing short of amazing… always supportive and answered all questions I had as a FTM. He ended up being admitted to the nursery and to pedes because he was jaundice and every staff member made me feel so at ease and supported, even when I was anxious and concerned. Amazing experience — a big thank you to the wonderful staff!
