If there is minus star, I would give i visited emergency at 10 pm and its been next day 7:15 am still didn't got chance to see the doctor, asking nurse for pain medication she is saying I left note on her disk bla bla, totally time killer than she is telling me we have only one doctor for night shift and than again she saying that we have different departments for all kind of treatments, and you will be seen by different doctor her thoughts doesn't match.
Dr. Mathew at fracture clinic was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unconvincing, even while dealing with my 11-year-old daughter. After waiting 10 days for her broken pinky finger to be cast, we unfortunately ended up with him. His attitude was impolite and lacking in basic compassion, which made the experience unnecessarily stressful for my child. She was treated so poorly that she herself asked me to write this review so others—especially families in our community—are aware before going to him.

Went in at 9:30pm with internal unexplained bleeding and cramping. Was left waiting in the waiting room for 8 hours before I was called into see a doctor. Further tests and scans resulted which brought total time at hospital to 15 hours and I was never given a bed, not once. Entire time was made to sit in a waiting room. There were numerous beds available but for some reason congregating numerous patients in the waiting area in front of the nurses station is what they do. Just cruel. Won’t be back to this hospital. My husband had a 3 hr appointment for pree-op. Start to finish,staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The volunteers are very friendly and helpful Thank you to everyone that helped us today
