I took my husband to emergency on October 17th, 2025. His experience was exceptional. It was of course busy but despite that, everyone working there from the lab, nursing and the Physician were so kind and professional. Thank you to them for what they do!
I was physically assaulted by 2 Indian gentleman working with Paladin Security. They wouldn’t even allow me to use the washroom and physically dragged me out of the hospital grabbing me so hard. I would never return to this hospital again. My occurrence number for this incident is WA25248206. If your a woman and you like to be physically assaulted by men this is the hospital for you. Re: The Mental Health Outpatient Services The receptionist for the Outpatient Mental Health Services was incredibly rude and completely apathetic to my concerns. I had a severe mental health crisis almost a month ago and it took them that long to get back to me. It has been so long that I honestly thought they were not going to contact me at all. Last night (November 19, 2024) I visited Emergency Room in Cambridge Memorial Hospital. Cambridge,Ontario, Canada. I was very disappointed to see staff behaviour was very poor, including reception clerk and registration. I had nose bleeding, but staff response was very poor. Spent 6 hours waiting. absolutely TERRIBLE staff. they do not care what so ever. watched my brother crawl in the emergency door and then got snippy when he couldn’t lift himself into the chair.. went in to take blood and there was a used needle on the floor. just so everyone knows how clean it is :)
