I just moved into a one bedroom apartment here a few months ago, and I could not be happier! The front staff is incredibly friendly and kind, and didn't mind all of my incessant questions as we worked through the move-in process. They are an absolute delight, and when they are out and about on the property, they greet everyone with a smile, most by name. That is care that I really appreciate from a property manager. I lived here for two years and moved out as soon as I could. This place has been absolutely terrible. When I signed my lease, I was told the landscaping around my unit would be done before I moved in. It didn’t get done until two years later right before I moved out. When I moved in there was a crack in the sink and laminate and tears in the wallpaper. There was a hole or open pipe underneath the laminate flooring in the utility room that you can feel when you walked over it. The patio fence has a nail sticking out of it and... read more
Beautiful place, quiet, on the outside of course, the kids next door are crazy. Plenty of times they have landscapers come through and cut the grass, that's nice. Except for that hunchback tree blocking my way to the parking lot, they are scared of trimming it I guess. The lady in the office said "are u sure it ain't a bush?", like that's gon change the reason that it needed trim in the first place.
