If I could give Cambridge negative stars, I would. They've taken advantage of us time and time again. We referred them customers and they were treated poorly. They condemned my previous vehicle, and when I sold it, the buyer repaired it with less than $100 in my driveway and drove it home. They consistently under-quote (not necessarily unheard of) but it's GROSSLY under-quoted. Cambridge Auto was recommended to me by dealership service advisor. I could not be more pleased with these people. Their customer service is the best that I have experienced and the quality of their work is above reproach.
We always know that Cambridge will take care of our cars and give them top-notch care. It's nice to be able to trust your mechanic! I'd recommend them to anyone that cares about their vehicle.
Took my car for my state inspection didn't take long at all. Also nice custumer service. Very satisfied.
Mr Wayne was an ass he put some cheap part in my Tahoe it breaks down with in five days or less. I call and they say( well sir if it's the part we put in well fix it) im like duh mf it your part so I get it tested and towed back to Cambridge. So I was right they replace the part but im out 50 buck because I dont have a Receipt For the tow im like he did it on his lunch so I cant get no receipt look at video im not lying but anyway. Never again plus labor was hi.
The best thing about Cambridge auto center is there an excellent customer service and attention to detail
