In total awe of the services Cambridge crew provided us. Mom would be so ecstatic knowing the car that was once hers is finally safe to drive again! It runs so smooth now...I don't think I've ever felt it drive that way!!! Just WoW!!! So many repairs done...I'm amazed! I’m so happy I got my car back and so thankful for the amazing job they did at Cambridge Auto Center, Inc.. and especially to Veronica! She was amazing and kept me informed on the status of my repairs. She went above and beyond from the minute I called her (on her day off) she even called to get the car towed over there for me. My family and family and I had come to town for a state basketball tournament and had car trouble .I called on a Saturday morning before they even opened and they where there early. They not only helped get us towed to there shop quickly they called us within 30 minutes of receiving the vehicle with the quote and they worked tirelessly all day but they also kept us updated along the way and to top it all of the receptionist and one of the mechanics brought are vehicle back to us at the hotel. Paid $270 for a coolant flush supposedly it was to be done with the machine only to be told that it was done with a garden hose. My how this place has gone down since STEVE isn’t around any longer. I also spoke with the “tech” about the method used and quickly put him in his place about his I’m right your wrong go to hell attitude. Was informed by the service writer that “that’s jus the way he talks”. FU not to me he don’t. I won’t go back. I knew there was a reason a few employees left and started their own shop.
