BIG RIP-OFF In August 2025 I requested to have the oil filter adapter and gasket replaced. This repair is quite and can be performed by most vehicle owners. I did not do the repair myself due to not having a suitable place to drain the coolant and oil. The repair requires adding new coolant, oil and oil filter, all of which I supplied only to keep using the same quality products that I have always used in my truck.
