Sent a bill for $501. They did not submit to insurance. The bill I got had the wrong payment website. I can't even pay the bill from a year ago.
Absolutely terrible customer service! They are not answering any phone calls and are continuing to bill me even though I have insurance. Insurance is telling me that Cambria must submit a pre-authorization form in order for them to pay the bill, but I can't get in contact with Cambria for them to correct their mistake! Please look elsewhere for your health care needs!
This company should be closed down. There radiologist do not work in network. So you later receive a a text message from a debt collector 150.00 which is probably double the price to read an x-ray. You can't reach anyone on the phone or leave a message. You can't get a paper copy of your bill or explanation of charges. There needs to be a lawsuit against them
Can't get a phone call answered. Can't talk to billing... Which didn't properly calculate my expenses. Very unprofessional. Who can't answer a phone call at 11:30am? This is not at professionally run medical office.
