we have stayed here many times. we love the presidental suite wirh the two large front windows and two large side windows. the orange section rm.424. we love watching the planes take off and land right over the top of us .staff always courteous and helpful. suite was well appointed clean ,two tv's fridge micro and large bath. room was very clean and comfortable. we always stay here when we are in raleigh. try it, you will love it.
I would like to thank Jamie for being so kind to my parents when they stayed at the hotel for an flight out of Raleigh due to a family emergency. She went above and beyond her duties and was so kind to them!!! Next time we are in the area we will not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for making a very stressful situation for us a bit easier :)

CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGES!!!!!!! They charged someone else's room to my credit card! I knew they had checked me in at first under the wrong name, but two desk attendants assured me they had taken my personal information off that person's room. Well, I got the receipt today for her room!!! When I asked them, they said it was a computer issue (not true), and that I have to wait 5 business days for my money. This was my first time in NC. The hotel staff were very professional, the room was amazing. The pillows OMG! The only down side, it's right by the airport so I could hear the planes flying over, after a while, I slept like a baby.
