Terrible and terrible hotel! My husband and I drove 6 hours and before we picked up our bags (I've worked in a luxury hotel and I know how things work) the bathroom is used with the toilet lid up and as if someone had flushed! Immediately I opened the door and there was a connecting room, there was hair near the vase between the edges totally disgusting, it was stinking of pee and not to mention the hallways smelling of cigarettes! Im not sure how this got 4 stars from others. We checked in and we were given a room key on the 4th floor. The door to the room was open and the room had not been cleaned. We went back downstairs and were given another room. This one had the bed put together and fresh towels but the floor was dirty and there were some hairs on the shower walls. Additionally I know a lot of hotels are using the rain shower heads but when one of those is 7 feet high and you are a short person, the "rain" becomes drizzle when it falls 2 feet to... read more

Stayed here for 4 nights. We booked a suite online. We had the nicest, largest corner room with huge windows! It was so spacious. Loved all the seating areas. Location was great, walkable to the Falls and Canada. We were able to check in early which was a plus. Love that they text you to see if you need anything. That makes it so easy. Our only complaint was that the shower head was clogged and had a very weak stream. Otherwise, highly recommend and would stay here again. Beautiful hotel. But the front desk took forever for me to check in. Definitely needs training. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting and the servers had no clue what they were doing. Now let's talk about my room. You walk in absolutely beautiful. But after awhile this horrible smell arose. Then my toilet would not stop running. The light stays on all night. Took a shower in the morning and I looked up and saw some mold. Then I looked around more and saw some more mold around the bathroom. And then the fruit flies started. Def... read more
