Luxurious room cleanliness on point everything you could ask for
Lisa at the front desk was absolutely amazing and deserves 5 stars. She was kind enough to accommodate my requests and the rooms were great. I was disappointed in the lack of room service and the constant up and down trips with needing a new TV remote and towels. Also a bit frustrated with lack of trash bags and the fact that to get room service you have to inform them before 11am. I dont understand that but overall it was a good hotel.
