Beautiful new hotel...great location, friendly helpful staff. Very disappointed that the restaurant was very limited, due to being off season, and the restaurant staff were a bit clueless to some normal everyday things...like making hot water for tea. And according to this "chains" advertising there should have been a free breakfast bar and at least coffee...but nothing...no maid service or fresh towels or replacement k-cups, or coffee cups in the rooms.
I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious and featured comfortable beds and pillows. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Niagara Falls, taking about 15 minutes at a moderate pace. Parking is available for $18 a day and is secure. I especially appreciated that there was no carpet on the floors, which is a big plus in my book. Internet speed was decent. I definitely recommend it for any use. The view is the only thing you will not enjoy.
The hotel is great - new feeling, very clean, very quiet, no carpet in my room (vinyl floors). The staff is also super friendly. However, the bathroom mirror has a light that you cannot turn off (I asked at the front desk and confirmed), and the bathroom door is brushed glass…so my room was lit up all night long (photo attached of sleep time and the level of brightness in the room). I could not say enough great things about this hotel. By far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. We stayed in one of the king suites and it was breathtaking! The bed was so comfortable. We ordered food from the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Truly did not want to leave! Will definitely be coming back!
