This place was really nice. Very busy, but nice. And the rooms were quiet and unaffected by the busyness. It was within walking distance of Niagara Falls and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops.

I can see why this is rated as a 3-star hotel. There were things I really liked and things I didn't, which ultimately puts it right in the middle for me. It's really the little things that made the difference. We were greeted warmly when we arrived, but our interactions with the rest of the staff were hit or miss. The room looked nice and clean, but we ran into a few issues. Room was clean however we arrived at 11:45 pm and there were a lot of people hanging out the front door and lobby which seemed odd for that time of night. There was a lot of noise and the toilet kept running. We got up early to shower and then realized all of the wall mounted bottles in the shower were empty! The rating and reviews need to be updated to reflect the current status so others aren’t fooled like us!
